The Poojya Sane Guruji Vidya Prasarak Mandal was registered on 29th December 1969 under the dynamic and able guidance of Shri Annasaheb P. K. Patil with the aim and object "To impart to the younger generation of our country education embodying literary, Scientific, Legal, Social, Technical, Commercial and Industrial Training and the Training of Teachers...." with a view of overall welfare of our country.

     Motto :

The Mandal's Monogram has following motto. "Rise wake up and avail the opportunities" - A fitting motto for the students and young generation from the rural areas.
      Monogram :

The monogram contains line-sketch of the Late Shri Pandurang Sadashiv Sane, a devoted teacher, popularly known as Sane Guruji who is the guiding spirit and after whom the Mandal is named as "Poojya Sane Guruji Vidya Prasarak Mandal". 

The Mandal's campus is named 'Vidya Ashram'. The lined sketch is flanked by symbols indicating Technical Education (Left Side) and other education (Right Side) the encompassing circle denotes the idea of dynamism and sybolises co-operation. The lotus leaves outside symbolises the seat of Saraswati, the Goddess of education.
